Enclosed is Applicants' Response In Opposition to "CCANP Motion to-Reopen the Phase II Record:

Although Applicants' response to "CCANP Motion to Reopen the' Phase II Record: III" (Motion III) would also be due today, we have been advised by CCANP's representative, Mr. Sinkin, that CCANP is withdrawing that motion.
Accordingly, Applicants are not replying to Motion III today.
Upon receipt of CCANP's written withdrawal of Motion III, Applicants will file a pleading addressing both Motion III and CCANP's withdrawal.
