Dear Administrative Judges:

Enclosed is Applicants' Motion for Summary Disposition on CCANP Contention Four. In its Fifth Prehearing Conference Order (November 16, 1984) at 5, the Board indicated that it would provide 5-10 days beyond the filing date set for CCANP's response to Applicants' Motion for the NRC Staff to submit its response. It also stated that if the Staff supported Applicants' Motion, CCANP would, in accordance with 10 C.F.R. S 2.749, have an additional opportunity to respond to the Staff's arguments.

Counsel for Applicants, the Staff and CCANP have agreed upon the following schedule for responses:

(1) CCANP response to Applicants' Motion to be filed by April 8 (with personal service on Staff counsel);
