(South Texas Nu parb'R Pro j ect , Units 1 & 2), Docket Ncs. 50-498, 50 A9 # q Gentlemen: i[p I have discussed the likely schedule for the September sessions of this hearing.with counsel for the Apolicant and the NRC in order to determine when to call our witnesses.
Based on those discussions, and with general agreement from both counsel, I have concluded that the Applicant's case should close late on Wednesday, September 16, or sometime on Thursday , September 17.
Accordingly, I have subpoeaned Mr. Shah to appear begin-ning on Thursday, September 17. I expect his tes tirrony to take the res t of the week. Mr. Hubbard would appear begin-ning on Monday , September 28, and he apparently would be on the s tand f or two days if our estimates are correct . Therefore, I have subpoen aed Mr . Swayze to appear beginning Wednesday ,
September 30, to take t'ce remainder of that week.
