form the seal pass weld. OS-39 is the internal specification number used for qualifying WS-97, therefore, the qualification sheet applies to WS-97. At the time of qualification, procedures were based on essential variables and did not ' necessarily reflect welding specification num-bers.
" Drawing 418463 does indicate that WS-345 and WS-304 are the applicable weld specifications; however, at the time of the valve purchase WS-97 and WS-65 were the applicable weld specifications.
