ILI Valvex Reactor scrammed after a turbine trip. 011 800405 F 30.2 B 3 N/A The turbine tripped because of high
- vibration. A control valve periodic -
test was in progress. The outage was extended approximately 16 hours due to " indicated" leakage inside the dry-well exceeding the amount of leakage allowed by Technical Specifications. The " indication" was determined to be a spurious - elec':rical signal
- instead of actual Icakage. The periodic test was revised to bypass a high vibration trip when the control valve periodic test is run. By re-placing a flow transmitter which had a faulty bellows assembly, the "indi- ' cated" high drywell leakage problem - was resolved and the unit returned to service. ,
