Indian Point Energy Center Status Report August 25, 2006 Operational Status r Entergy's Indian Point Unit 2 returned to service Thursday, August 24th at 5:32 p.m., after safely correcting the power supply failure to a controller on the heater drain tank pump level control system. The unit is currently operating at 100%
power.
Indian Point 3 is operating at 100% and has been on line for 35 days.
Educational Outreach Entergy Nuclear Northeast provides customized outreach education programs for schools, youth groups, and civic organizations. The topics we cover include Emergency Planning, Understanding Radiation, Nuclear Fuel and a general overview of the operations of Indian Point Energy Center.
