Alyse, Thanks for the comments on Holtecs exemption request. Id like to ask a couple of questions for clarity.

First, have you completed your review of the draft environmental assessment we provided you on July 19?

Second, if you have completed your review of the draft environmental assessment, should I consider this email your response to the draft environmental assessment?

I just want to make certain if I should proceed with completing the exemption or if I should allow you more time to respond to the draft environmental assessment.
