This letter confirms the conversation between you and Mr. Eddy Crowe, of this office, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been rescheduled for May 22, 2008, with a time change to 4:30 p.m. (CDT). The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant.
