The purpose of this regulatory conference is to discuss an apparent violation of U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requirements.
The apparent violation involves one or more security requirements described in 10 CFR 73.55 and is discussed in detail in U.S. NRC Inspection Report 05000348/2022440 and 05000364/2022440, dated November 7, 2022. In accordance with the NRC Enforcement Manual, this regulatory conference is not open to the public because the subject matter contains security-related information.
