Dear Mr. Stinson:
This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. Randy Johnson, of your staff, and Mr. Eddy Crowe, of this office, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for July 10, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. (CDT). The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to present the conclusions of the Supplemental Inspection (95002) that was conducted from June 2, 2008 through June 13, 2008.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS). The policy statement may be found on the NRC Web site, www.nrc.gov, and contains information regarding conduct of NRC meetings.
