Dear Mr. Sumner:
This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. Wes Sparkman of your staff and myself on October 17, 2006, concerning a Category 1 public meeting, being conducted at your request, which has been scheduled for November 29, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. (EDT). The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the overall plant status for the Farley Nuclear Plant.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
