Dear Mr. Richard Webster:

Based on our phone conversation held on November 28, 2012, I understand that you wish to have a public meeting to address the Petition Review Board (PRB) regarding the 10 CFR 2.206 petition you submitted to the NRC on November 19, 2012, regarding your concerns on Oyster Creek.

Just so you are aware, the purpose of the meeting is to give you an opportunity to provide any additional explanation or support for the petition before the PRB's initial consideration and recommendation. The meeting is not a hearing, nor is it an opportunity for you to question or examine the PRB on the merits or the issues presented in the petition request.

No decisions regarding the merits of the petition will be made at the meeting.

The NRC is looking to have the meeting on Thursday, January 3, 2013, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Is this date OK for you?
