This is to advise you that your facility is in violation of the above referenced NPDES permit as follows: You exceeded the Unit 1 maximum temperature rise limitation in August 1986.We realize that the violation resulted fran failure of a circulating water put@and condenser fouling and that the following corrective measures have been taken: all concerned personnel have been briefed about corrective measures which need to be taken to prevent recurrence.
