Pursuant to 10CFR50.71, under separate cover Pennsylvania Power&Light Company is submitting Revision 39 to the Susquehanna SES Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR).The FSAR changes contained in Revision No.39 were processed in accordance with'0CFR50.59, were required by the NRC, were subjected to a No Significant Hazards Evaluation, or are administrative in nature.Attachment 1 provides a description of the changes to each section of the FSAR.The latest revision of design drawings have also been incorporated as appropriate.
A description of the actual change(s)to the drawings is not provided in Attachment 1.'t should be noted that this Revision 39 does not include any changes associated with the recently installed Diesel Generator E.We are in the process of reviewing those changes and plan a separate Amendment (Revision 40)submittal in September of this year.Also, many of the changes included in this Revision 39 are the result of incorporating the responses to NRC Questions (FSAR Volumes 16,17&18)into the main FSAR text.These changes are considered editorial since the response essentially remain unchanged.
