LOCATION: Westinghouse Electric Company, Washington Operations 12300 Twinbrook Parkway, Suite 330 Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: The licensee and NRC staff will discuss the NRC staffs request for additional information on the licensees supplemental letter dated September 27, 2007, to the application dated February 21, 2006, to revise Technical Specification 5.5.9, "Steam Generator (SG) Tube Surveillance Program," including when the licensee could submit its response to the questions.

NRC Staff Presentation This addresses the NRC staffs review of the licensees letter dated September 27, 2007 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML072750610). This letter responded to the staffs questions in its request for additional information in the staff's meeting summary dated August 7, 2007 (ADAMS Accession No. ML071980203). The licensee's application for Technical Specification changes is in the licensee's letter dated February 21, 2006 (ADAMS Accession No. ML060600454).

The presentation will include any additional request for additional information by the staff.

Licensee Presentation This provides the licensees response to the NRC staffs presentation, including when the licensee could respond to the staffs request for additional questions.
