CY 2009 BASELINE INSPECTION COMPLETION The purpose of this memorandum is to confirm that we completed 100 percent of the baseline inspection program at all Region IV plants in calendar year 2009 for which we were responsible.
This does not include portions of the 2009 baseline inspection program for which other NRC organizations are responsible. Attached is a table which provides the completion status of baseline procedures for all Region IV sites (IR Report 8a).
