Attached is Revision 9 to the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station Emergency Plan.In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.54 (q), the changes have been made without commission approval as they do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan and the plan as changed continues to meet the applicable requirements of Appendix E to 10CFR50.A summary of changes with appropriate justifications/explanations is provided below: Section Justification/Ex lanation 1.0 The definition for Emergency Plan Bou<>dary was added to the list of definitions.
