In a letter to the NRC datedOctober 3, 2012 (Reference 2), SCE reported completion of the Unit 2 CAL actions andincluded a Return to Service Report (RTSR) that provided details of their completion.The purpose of this letter is to submit three additional documents that were previouslyreferenced in the October 3, 2012 submittal. Enclosures 1-3 of this submittal provide theproprietary version of these three documents as listed in the table below. Because theenclosures contain information that is proprietary, SCE requests this information be withheldfrom public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4). Enclosures 4 and 5 provide thenon-proprietary version of MHI documents L5-04GA567, "Evaluation of Stability Ratio for Returnto Service," and L5-04GA585, "Screening Analytical Evaluations for Operational Assessment."Enclosure 6 provides the non-proprietary version of WEC document LTR-SGDA-1 2-36, "Flow-Induced Vibration and Tube Wear Analysis of the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 2Replacement Steam Generators Supporting Restart."
