Filial Report per 1 O CFR Part 21 Degraded Snubber SF1154 Hydraulic Fluid Batch No. 18CLVS431 We have completed our evaluation pertaining to fluid from the subject batch that was provided by Lake Engineering Company. The plant specific status in this regard is summarized in the below table.

Texas Project Fluid used in some installed snubbers No substantial safety hazards Sequoyah Fluid not used in installed snubbers No substantial safety hazards Seabrook 1 Fluid not used in installed snubbers No substantial safety hazards Peach Bottom 2 Fluid used in some installed snubbers No substantial safety hazards In the previous interim notification dated May 12, 2022, the status was erroneously recorded as "Fluid used in some installed snubbers."

Fluid was originally shipped to NTS, Huntsville where it was installed in snubbers that were later installed at Peach Bottom.
