Dear Sir or Madam:
In reference [1], the NRC staff requested supplemental information to support the review of a Southern California Edison (SCE) request for NRC approval of an exemption to 10 CFR 72.106(b). Some of the information requested is Holtec International proprietary information.
Therefore, this letter provides that information as Attachments 1 and 2, and includes an affidavit requesting that information be withheld from public disclosure as Attachment 3.
