In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(a) and 10 CFR 71.106(b), Southern California Edison hereby submits the biennial report of changes to the Decommissioning Quality Assurance Program (DQAP) for San Onofre Units 1, 2, and 3 and the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation.
(Attachment 1). During the most recent biennial period (August 2021 - August 2023), no changes to the DQAP were issued.
