I am enclosing an original and fifty-four (54) copies of "Information Subsequent to Construction Permit Submis-sion No. 5" from Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc., which is a request to extend the completion date until June 30, 1966.

The request includes financial data to cover the period until June 30, 1966.

While we anticipate that the license will be issued prior to March 31, 1966, in view of the provisions of the Administrative Practices Act, as a matter of precaution we are filing the application at this time.
