Update information for the West Valley Cement Waste Form Qualification Notebook
Dear Sir:
In accordance with our meeting with you, Mary Adams, and others on August 29, 1991, enclosed are five copies of an " official" update of information to be entered into your West Valley Waste Qualification " Notebook."
For your convenience we have also enclosed preprepared " tabs."
As indicated in the WVilS transmittal to DOE, seven of the documents are currently under " engineer release."
These are the Test Requests, Procedures and Reports, the other two items (not under " release") are the Test Plan and ACM-4801.
Mary Adams requested the ACM for information since it is referenced in some of the test procedures.
Finally an extra copy of the one~page
" flow chart" summarizing the testing activities is enclosed for convenience as well.

The ergineerity release.1 drnents are three test procedures (WE-TP-028A, WG 'rP-028B ard WV!E-TP-034), two test stmrrary rep.ats (WV!E 'ISR-029 and WVIE-TSR-025), one test request (WVIE-TTQ<>34) ard one test plan (WV!E-TPIr70-11). Test proceduru WV!E-TP-028A ard test plan WV!G-TPIr70-11 have had engineerirg change notices (EQis) mde to the origimi ergineer released documents. These ergirneriry changed documnts shall supersede any prwicus documentation having the sam engineerirg rulcase (ER) nurber.
Also contained is the Analytical and Oxmtistry Method (72) for "Camnt Test Cuba Preparation" ard the f1cuchart for Waste Form Qualification Program for Sitdge Wash Liquid. This flowchart is a diagram which links the Waste Form Qualification Program For Cement Solidification of Sltrige Wash Liquid 1bst Plan WS-TPIr70-11 to the various test requests, test procedures ard fimi test summary reports. The Analytical ard memistry Method was requested by the IGC in conjuncticn with test proccdure WV!E-TP-025.
The test request WVIE-Tf0-028 is being perfon:od in two stages, test procedures WV!E-TP-028A ard WE-TP-028B. This is the reason why WV!E 'ITQ-028 has no "A" or "B" designation.
