. enclosed, one copy provided on April 16, 1992), of documentation supporting.the latest West Valley Cement Waste Form Qualification Program.

Volume 1 replaces the "originsl" notebook _ issued in May 1991 Lincluding' subsequent updates.

It addresses development work on the 33% TDS recipe.

Our updated February 1992 transmittal

inadvertently._ instructed the notebook holders to discard the original notebook and replace it with a new version focused on a 20%.TDS recipe.

Reissuance of'the 33%-TDS recip3 notebook as

' Volume 1 provides assurance that none of the results are lost and allows us to reference data useful for supportit.g qualification of the-20%-TDS recipe.

The notebooktissued in' February 1992, addressed development work E

on tho 20% TDS recipe. LFor' clarity,.we are "reidentifying"1this L

notebook as Volume 2.

Enclosed;is an updated insert'and table of

contents.- The tables'of contents for both Volumes 1 and 2 will be our " control" for assuring 1the most accurate-and.up-to-6 ate information-is:provided to all notebook holders. -Future inserts

will be-accompanied by widated tables of contente.
