which it has been executed with the approval of the Governor of the State of New York; Appendix C - a certified copy of Resolu-tion 43, duly adopted by ARDA, at a meeting duly held on March 15, 1963, authorizing the execution of said agreement; Appendix D - a copy of a letter, dated l

April 4, 1963, from the Governor of the State' of New York, to the Chairman of ARDA, setting l forth the Governor's approval of the resolu-tions adopted by ARDA at the meeting of March 15, 1963; and Appendix E - a letter, dated April 8, 1963, from the Chairman of ARDA transmitting said agreement to the Director of the AEC l
