In accordance with paragraph 8.C. of Facility License No. CSF-1, the attached letter hereby transmits to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission notice that September 16, 1982 is the Settlement Date of the Set-tiement Agreement between the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority and Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. (NFS). With the occurrence of the Set-tiement Date, all three conditions established in Paragraph 8.A of License No. CSF-1 for termination of the authority and responsibility of NFS under the license have now been satisfied.
