Thank you for your April 11 response to our FOIA request for documents related to the disposition of project generated waste at the DOE West Valley Demonstration Project.
The draf t environ-mental assessment for the project has now been released.
Accor-ding to your letter, the documents listed in Appendix B (attach-ed) would be released upon release of the draft EA.
We are therefore requesting that you place the Appendix B documents in the Public Document Room at this time and that you send us a copy of these documents as well.
We will in turn make the documents available to the public in New York State.
