Dear Sirs:
We have just revised our facility Emergency plan for our laboratory containing the TRIGA reactor (Docket No. 50-407). Enclosed is revision 3 dated February 25,1994, submitted according to 10 CFR 50.54q.
Since these changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the plan, we are implementing this improved plan in accordance with the provisions provided in 10 CFR 50.54q.
