Location of Meeting:          NRC Region III office 801 Warrenville Road Lisle, IL 60532 Purpose of Meeting:          Discuss the licensees root cause analysis of the non-technical issues that led to the reactor pressure vessel head degradation Category 1:                  This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
