In reply to Inspection & Enforcement Bulletin No. 79-09, we have reviewed the Jamesport Nuclear Power Station (JNPS) design and submit the following response.

Purchase Orders for circuit breakers in safety related systems have not been placed for the Jamesport Nuclear Power Station (JNPS).

Act . rdingly, the particular circuit breakers which will be used are ,

not known at this point in time. If GE type AK-2 circuit breakers ,

are ultimately used in the JNPS safety related systems, a preventive '

maintenance program will be conducted in accordance with inanufacturer's recommendatious.
