Denton April 30, 1981 Page two Issue Number 48, High Energy Line Breaks, has been deferred-until May 27, 1981 because we believe our position addressing resolution of this issue should be reviewed in conjunction ~with our positions addressing Outstanding Issues 46 and 47.
Resolution of the remaining issues will be in accordance with the schedule forwarded to Mr.
D.
Eisenhut on April 15, 1981 and, where appropriate, the positions advanced will be. incorporated into the'Shoreham FSAR.
We are dedicating significant licensing and engineering resources to the resolution of each Outstanding Issue on the Shoreham Docket, and we believe the positions /information provided represents an adequate basis for resolution of each issue.
We are prepared to meet with your staff at any time to further discuss a particular issue should your staff not agree with the Shoreham position.
