'de are in receipt of your letter of February 8, 1979, wherein you advise of a draft document (classified as national security information) which contains infor-mation relevant to the Jamesport application, and, in particular, to the issue of sabotage of spent nuclear fuel. It occurs to me that this document may contain information which should be brought to the attention of local law enforcement officials, including the Suffolk County Police Department, District Attorney's Office and Office of Emergency Preparedness. Please advise how this might best be accomplished.
