Dear Mr. Grier:

This letter is in response to Inspection & Enforcement Bulletin No. 80-03, " Loss of Charcoal from Standard Type II, 2 Inch, Tray Adsorber Cells".

We have reviewed the status of the Jamesport Nuclear Power Station and fouhd that charcoal adsorber cells have not been purchased to date. We will ensure that this concern raised in this bulletin is adequately addressed by the vendor prior to award of the purchase order.
