Dear Mr. Grier:

In reply to Inspection 6 Fnforcement Bulletin No. 79-11, we have reviewed the Jamesport Nuclear Power Station (JNPS) design and submit the following response.

Purchase orders for circuit breakers in safety related systems have not been placed for JNPS. Accordingly, the particular circuit breakers which will be used are not known at this point in time. Westinghouse DB-50 and DB-75 circuit breakers may ultimately be used in safety related application in JNPS, however, prior to issuance of purchase orders, we will ensure that the concern raised by this Bulletin has been successfully corrected by the vendor (s) .
