Dear Mr. Regan:

Enclosed is a copy of the final report on the archaeological salvage excavation at Hallock's Pond prepared by Cultural Resource Management Services, Inc., under contract with Long Island Lighting Company. During the excavation, no unexpected artifacts were uncovered. The excavation was carried out in accordance with the August 19, 1976 Memorandum of Agreement between the Advisory Council on Historical Preservation, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and the New York State Historic Preservation Officer. A copy of this report is being submitted to each of the above parties.
