Three (3) originals and nineteen (19) copies of an Application for Amendment to Operating License to amend Appendix A of that license to:

a ~ revise the Overpressure Protection System operability requirements

b. revise the RWST water volume requirements C ~ delete the process-to-actuator response time testing requirement for auxiliary feedwater and containment isolation d revise the service water pump Class IE power alignment requirements

e. revise the battery testing requirements 2 ~ Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A B and C which set forth the requested changes in Technical Specifications, their safety evaluations, and the basis for determining that the change does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
