Reference 1 submitted Revision 9 of the Wolf Creek Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan (hereafter referred to as the Security Plan) pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p). Reference 2 provided a request for additional information (RAI) regarding Revision 9 of the Security Plan. Attachment I lists each specific request for information followed by Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation's (WCNOC's) response to each request.
Attachments II and III provide drawings associated to the response to question 8.
Attachment I contains Safeguards Information. In accordance with 10 CFR 73.21, information contained in the Attachment should be withheld from public disclosure.
NOTE: Attachment I to this letter contains "SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" and must be protected accordingly. When separated from the attachment this letter is "Decontrolled."
