EnclosedisRevision7toAppendixBtotheGinnaStationQualityAssurance Manualwhichdescribes theInservice Inspection forthe1980-1989 Interval.

Thisrevisionprovidesclarification tothepreviously revisedintervalstartdatesforQualityGroupBandCcomponents andforHighEnergyPipingOutsideofContainment inspection.

EnclosedRevision7alsoprovidesclarification forscopeandextentofexaminations associated withQualityGroupBandCpressuretestingwhichareconsistent withourprogramcommitments.

TheInterval1startdateforGroupsBandCwas40monthslaterthanforGroupA.PriortothestartofInterval2Iitwasdetermined thateliminating the40-monthoffsetwouldbebeneficial byhavingtheInterval2datesforthethreegroupscoincide.

Howeverithepreviousrevisions didnotclearlydepictthetransition-induced 40-monthoverlapforGroupBandCInterval1completion ofMay1983andInterval2startofJanuary1980;Earlyinthesecondinterval>

itwasalsodetermined thatour10-yearprogramforHighEnergyPipingOutsideofContainment<

whichalsoformallycommenced in1973shouldbeadjustedtocoincidewiththeintervalstartdatesforGroupsAIBandC.AswithGroupsBandCIthetransition wascompleted earlierthisyeariandallpipinggroupsareembarking onthesecond40-monthperiodofthesecondinterval.
