1.0 GMWIAl, 1.1 ' he Projoot S ality Assurance Program planager (MMRI) for Code control Grup (C00) activities is respasible for - overviewing the activities of the various organiantians perfoming Code wort at Camanctie Peak Staen Electric Statim (CPERB): thit 2, to establish an additional level of assurance of compliance with Project Code -itments. his overview shall inc!Jde reviews of activities;that have been and a m currently being parfomed.

h reviews will identify and take. credit for those activities dtich meet = the needs of this Program. Overview of these activities will armure continued entisfaction of the requirements of this Program. h reviews will also identify any activities requiring imemased amphasis to assure ampliance with Project Code assaitments. 'these reviews shall be documented in nooordance with methods damneibed in this section.

1.2 Nonconformaar* Iteporta (NCBs), Deficiency Reporta (irs), and 1U Evaluation (RB) . Forus are initiated,

_ dispositimed and implemented by various organiantions at CPERB in accordance with their Quality Assurance (EM) Programs and implementing -

procedures. All NGts, 5tm and '!UEs are numbered and trucked in accordance with CPSES pranadures. l 1.2.1 REs are used (as NGin were formerly . used) to report and resolve harthere oceditione diloh do not conform with applicable engineering or Code requirumments. Stone &

5.0 03RBCTIVE ACTIW RIEMBr If upon reviewing a particular condition, a COG representative determines that a corrective Action Request (CAR) is warranted, then a written recommendation that W Electric initiate a CAR should be developed. 1his renr=-ndation should provide a detailed discussion of the subject with a tadmical justification and shall be approved ty the RtuM.

6.0 Pol 1NTIAILY RERRTABLE CGOITIGE 6.1 In conjunction with a ranr--mdation to W Electric that a CAR abould be initiated, the 000 representative shall evaluate _the condition for zwportability to the Nuclear Regulatory Ocammission (MAC) using EBAS00 Company Pr=whne N-23.

6.2 If the condition is determined by the 000 representative to be potentially reportable and the PGAPM concurs with this determination, a lettar shall be trurummitted to W Electric Sality Assurance identifying the condition as potentially reportable.
