In accordance with your application dated July 9,1998, supplemented by your repose to our request for additional information dated November 20,1998, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-960 is hereby amended to update sjour license to include technical, organizational, and environmental action level changes.

l Accordingly, Materials License SNM-960 is hereby amended and Safety License Condition S-1 l has been revised to include the dates of July 9 and November 20,1998. I All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
