LICENSE AMENDMENT-ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES AND ENVIRONMENTAL ACTION LEVELS (TAC NO. L31006)
Dear Mr. Murray:
In accordance with your application dated June 4,1997, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Re gulations, Materials License SNM.960is hereby amended to update your license to include organizational changes and changes to environmental action levels.
Accordingly, Safety Licanse Condition S-1 has been revised to include the date of June 4, 1997.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the Materials License SNM-960 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
