The revision involves changes in the RG&E management, Engineering, Ginna Station and Electric Transmission and Distribution organi-zations.
Responsibility foroveralldirection ofqualityassurance policyisassignedtotheSeniorVicePresident, Production andEngineering.
The management organization reflects the revised corporate structure being implemented on January 1, 1988 in conjunction with the retirement of the Senior Vice President, General Services and the pending retirement of the Chairman of the Board and the President.                         Responsibility for overall direction of quality assurance                      policy is assigned to the Senior Vice President, Production and Engineering.                                  The other changes are relatively minor and include                        title changes.

Zn accordance with 50.54 of 10 CFR Part 50, enclosed is Revision 13 to the Quality Assurance Program for Station Operation.

The revision involves changes in the RG&E management, Engineering, Ginna Station and Electric Transmission and Distribution organi-zations.

The management organization reflects the revised corporate structure being implemented on January 1, 1988 in conjunction with the retirement of the Senior Vice President, General Services and the pending retirement of the Chairman of the Board and the President. Responsibility for overall direction of quality assurance policy is assigned to the Senior Vice President, Production and Engineering. The other changes are relatively minor and include title changes.

Engineering changes include the deletion of the Vice President, Engineering and Construction as this position, having only responsibility for Nine Mile Point 2, will report to the Vice Chairman of the Board. Dividing Electrical Engineering into two groups, Electrical Engineering Design and Electrical Engi-neering Services, established a new discipline reporting to the Director of Engineering Services.
