Written Follow Up supplarant reported on 11-14-79 included a deficiency

with the non-auttnatic restart of tha casing cooling pteps on restoraticn of on-site a.narsency pcwer if the contaircent depressurization actuation (CLA) had previously teen reset.

Upon review of the FSAR it has been detarnined that this is not a deficienc.-

Section 7.3.1.3.5. Engineered fafety Features Actuation Devices. iten K.

descrites the operation of ESF equigant follcwing restoration of emergency pcher. The FSAR states that when e argency bus voltage has been restored for a specified tire period the actuated davices will start providing the contain-ment depressurization actuation signal is present.

The present design of the casing cooling systen is within the bounds of the FSAR.

This iten will not be included in the 14 day report.
