~

An electrician deenergizing the wrong pcwer supply for maintenance caused the event. Power was restored to the bus l within about one minute and all instrumentation switched back to its normal supply bus within five minutes for both units.

As a result of this momentary power loss to the blue bus, compounded by steam generator feed regulator valve problems, Unit 1 tripped because of feed flow / steam flow mismatch and steam generator low level. All systems functioned normally after the trip and the unit was placed back on line approxi-mately two hours later at 1352 hours0.0156 days
0.376 hours
0.00224 weeks
5.14436e-4 months
.

This event has been dis:ussed with plant group heads,

> operating, and maintenance personnel to emphasize the importance of-properly identifying equipment prior to removing from service.

Additional administrative controls are being discussed to prevent recurrence of this type of event.
