      "abnormal degradation of'systems other than those specified in item 2.a(3) above designed to contain radioactive material resulting from the fission process," the attached report of Reportable Occurrence 79-002, 30-day, is hereby submitted.       Two additional copies of this  letter and the attach-ment are enclosed.
