Plant is operatingat 100% power - unaffected."At 1458 a Kemps Ridley sea turtle was observed at the Oyster Creek Thermal Dilution Plant Bay #1.The Sea Turtle was taken by the station at 1500 [EDT] in good physical condition. The National MarineFisheries Service was contacted at 1542 [EDT] and is en route to Oyster Creek to classify and take possession of the turtle."The licensee will notify the NRC Resident Inspector.
