Site  : OYSTER CREEK Emergency Class : NON EMERGENCY This is an Offsite Notification report per 10 CFR 50.72(b)(2)(xi). [Endangered Species] Plant is operating at 100% power - unaffected.

"At 1458 a Kemps Ridley sea turtle was observed at the Oyster Creek Thermal Dilution Plant Bay #1.

The Sea Turtle was taken by the station at 1500 [EDT] in good physical condition. The National Marine Fisheries Service was contacted at 1542 [EDT] and is en route to Oyster Creek to classify and take possession of the turtle."

The licensee will notify the NRC Resident Inspector.
