- 1. My name is Ruth Schaefer. I live at 2756 County Road 338 New My home lies within 20 miles of the Callaway nuclear power plant.
- 2. I am a member of Missouri Coalition for the Environment (MCE).

- 3. I am concerned that the renewed operation of the Callaway reactor poses the risk of a serious accident involving radiological releases to the environment, and therefore will jeopardize the health and safety ofmyself and my family and the value of our property. For the same reason, I am also concerned that the renewed operation of Callaway will have an adverse effect on the health of the environment in which I live.
