Gentlemen: 1 By the above reference TU Electric provided license amendment request  !93-003 to the NRC regarding the Control Room HVAC System including Control Room Air Conditioning System (CRACS). Following review and subsequent I

discu::sions between the NRC staff and TV Electric personnel, the following i supplemental information is provided:

1) Add "immediately" to the Action Statements for MODES 5 and 6 in specifications 3.7.7.1 and 3.7.7.2, to be consistent with NUREG-1431 and ,

2) Revise the Action Statements for two trains inoperable in specification 3.7.7.2 and BASES to require "at least 100% of the required heat removal capability equivalent to a single OPERABLE CRACS train available", to be consistent with NUREG-1431, Section 3.5.2.

The above changes are reflected in the attached mark-up (See Attachment 2).

This supplemental information clarifies the meaning of the original license amendment request and does not change its intent or technical meaning.
