Registration of Use of Cask to Store Spent Fuel 10 CFR 72.212 In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.210,"
paragraph (b)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) is registering, with the NRC, the use of three casks under the general license to store spent fuel at Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS). The initial use of these casks to store spent fuel occurred on May 7, 2018, May 14, 2018, and May 21, 2018. This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days. Accordingly, this submittal is due by June 6, 2018.
The following information is provided in accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2).
